The terms that govern your use of NomadXI's website and services.
Our Services
We are Nomad X Integration LLC, registered in Texas at 2000 E. Lamar Blvd, Suite 600, Arlington, TX 76006. We operate nomadxi.com and app.nomadxi.com, along with all related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
Our platform delivers a comprehensive, all-in-one business management suite including:
- Marketing automation & campaigns
- Sales funnel & landing pages
- CRM and lead management
- Payment processing
- Lead generation & pipeline
- Website builder & assets
- Email marketing
- Social media scheduling
- Analytics & reporting
- SMS/MMS & VoIP tools
All platform capabilities — including security, compliance, and uptime — are managed and maintained by us directly. By using the Services, you acknowledge responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all data uploaded or transmitted through the platform.
Regulatory Notice
The Services are not tailored to comply with HIPAA, FISMA, or similar industry-specific regulations. You may not use the Services in a manner that violates the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Users outside the United States are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in our Services — including all source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the "Content"), and all trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks").
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of our Content or Marks without our express prior written permission. Direct requests to dpo@nomadxi.com.
Your Contributions
When you post or upload user-generated content through the Services ("Contributions"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and sublicense your Contributions for any purpose.
User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information is true, accurate, and complete
- You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You will not access the Services through automated means (bots/scripts)
- You will not use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation
User Registration
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username we deem inappropriate.
Purchases & Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for amounts due. All payments are in US dollars.
Subscriptions
Your subscription continues and automatically renews unless canceled. You consent to recurring charges without requiring prior approval for each charge.
14-Day Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial to new users. At the end of the trial, your account will be charged per your chosen subscription plan. Trial periods are not intended for consecutive use.
All purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations are final and all data within the system will be permanently deleted upon cancellation.
Prohibited Activities
User Contributions & License
The Services may invite you to contribute to blogs, forums, and other interactive features. When you create Contributions, you represent that they do not infringe third-party rights and are not offensive or illegal.
By posting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to host, use, copy, and distribute your Contributions for any purpose.
Review Guidelines
Reviews must be based on firsthand experience, contain no offensive language, and not be part of an organized campaign. We reserve the right to remove reviews at our discretion.
Mobile App & Social Media
If you access the Services via our mobile app, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on your devices. You may link your account with third-party online accounts (Social Media) through your settings.
Third-Party Content & Advertisers
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or monitor these sites and you access them at your own risk. We allow advertisers to display information in certain areas of the Services.
Privacy Policy

AES-256 Encryption
Data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 protocols.
TLS 1.2+ In Transit
All data transmitted is secured via modern TLS encryption.
SMS Text Messaging
All SMS communications must comply with TCPA and CAN-SPAM laws. You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from recipients.
Reply STOP to any message to opt-out. Message and data rates may apply.
Termination & Modifications
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may terminate your account at any time without warning. We reserve the right to change or modify the Services at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Dispute Resolution
BINDING ARBITRATION
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
Disclaimer
Liability & Indemnification
In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages. You agree to defend and indemnify us from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
User Data
We maintain data you transmit for managing platform performance. You are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We recommend maintaining your own independent backups.
Electronic Communications
Visiting the Services and sending emails constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements and notices satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
California Users
California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs for unresolved complaints.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right shall not operate as a waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, it is deemed severable.
