    Our customers use our platform to manage their own customers' data — for example, to build websites and applications, provide products and services, send communications, and process Personal Information. In these cases, we act as a data processor and service provider on behalf of our customers (the "Processor Services").

    Important

    When you interact with one of our customers' platforms, websites, or automations, our customer's privacy notice governs the processing of your data — not this Privacy Policy. You should review the customer's privacy notice for information on how your data is handled in those contexts.

    As a processor, we process data solely on our customers' instructions and in accordance with our Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). Our customers are responsible for ensuring they have lawful grounds to process the data they submit to our platform and for providing appropriate notice to their own end users.

    We may update this Privacy Policy at any time at our discretion. We will notify you of material changes where required by law. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
